What the readers said:
It would be helpful to have a printer-friendly format for printing inform articles. The narrow column format is not.

Editor’s reply: The initial idea for INform was to make the text easy to read on screen, which is why the columns are narrow (to allow the eye to pass over them more easily). Feedback has shown an interest in a printable version, so we are currently working on a printable PDF version.
Will we be able to download the entire issue as it comes available to save for future reference?
Erik Myhrberg
Editor’s reply: Previous editions of INform will be archived and will be accessible from the front page of the current e-zine. As this is the second issue, only the first issue is archived at present.
While, at first sight, this looks an interesting venture from the headlines, it was impossible to read the text on screen.

Good idea, shame that it was almost impossible to read! Please change the font colour and size to make it readable without peering at the screen.

Editor’s reply: The website site follows the accessibility standards advised by WC3 (WAI - Web Accessibility Initiative).
One major advantage is that it puts the user in control of the size of the text, so that people with vision problems can make the text bigger. If you are having problems reading INform, please try adjusting your setting as instructed below:
On Internet Explorer, if you go to the dropdown menu view (on the top toolbar), select text size, you can change the font size. For most users this will be set, by default, to medium. If you change it, you will see the text on the site become bigger or smaller.
If you have your text size set to small or smaller, you may need to change it to medium.
If you are still having difficulties, then please let us know the type of browser you are viewing the website from and we will carry out some further investigation.
All in all a very good way of getting information about a common subject to more people.

I have been annoyed for years that there is never any communication from IRCA to members other than the annual subs reminder. Now you have provided one - an excellent start to build on.

Congratulations for starting the INform news letter. It was something sorely required. I am sure that over time it will provide very useful information to auditors.

I just received my first copy of INform magazine.
I have one word for your efforts: outstanding! Also informative, helpful,
useful. I imagine I could go on, but I am sure you get the picture.

Just a note to say this looks good and has a lot of good information.

This is an excellent idea, especially for those of us that travel frequently and change job location on a regular basis. I think it will be widely used by the QMS community worldwide.
