In this talk Alan C Clark shares the Model of Sustainable Organization (MoSO), which is a transformational view of an organization inspired by the work of Dr W Edwards Deming. It is based on the work of 16 members of the Deming SIG.
Originally inspired by a talk by late SIG member Tony Brown on the Ford Motor Company story of Deming inspired transformation, lapse and final re-adoption; MoSO aimed to make accessible a Deming++ approach in an accessible way.
Sustainability in the approach aimed to balance Social (people) Economic (profit) and Ecology (planet).
